When we asked many years ago: "Why only organic?" This is what we were told. You body only knows real "mother nature type of food" so when you eat say a strawberry that is gmo, your body on the cellular level, looks at it and says, "What the hell is this?" and when it can't identify it as a real food it gets angry, sets up the inflammatory response because it feels your body is being attacked. That's why sooooo many folks have auto-immune issues now. Because we aren't eating "real" food as far as our body is concerned.
